A professional storyteller for over 30 years, Carol is a performer, workshop leader, author, and conference keynoter. She is a former teacher and corporate trainer who presents programs for all ages–from preschool to senior audiences–and does school artist residencies, teacher workshops and assembly programs. Carol adds sparkle and warmth to adult meetings and conferences, parties (birthday, anniversary, croning, holiday), wedding receptions, church services and spiritual gatherings, fairs, singles events,
librarie, shopping centers and festivals.
Carol’s program themes range from multicultural, literacy, ecology, history, holiday, science, Irish, Egyptian, to peacemaking. Her costumed characters include Ms. Val N. Tine, Shamrock O’Toole, Wanda the Witch, Ever Green and the Snow Queen. She will tailor a program to fit your theme.
Carol has been a keynote speaker and session presenter at both Young and Adult Author Conferences. Her children’s book A Bridge for Grandma is based on interviews with children who have had Near-Death-Experiences. She is the author and trainer of the storytelling curriculum “Change the Culture that Allows Bullying: Working with Young Children.”
